Bearing in mind that the choice of a bit should depend on the individual characteristics of the horse (such as the arch of the palate, tongue thickness, etc.), we offer the possibility of testing a bit before making a purchase decision. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please read the rules for such testing.

Terms and Conditions “TEST BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY A MYLER BIT”

1. The test is available only to customers of the jnshop.pl store.
2. All bits can be tested with the exception of:
   a) custom-imported items ordered individually
   b) models that have a “non-testable” note in their description.
3. To take advantage of the testing, you must add the selected bit model to your cart and complete the purchase transaction by paying for it in full. The price paid constitutes a refundable security deposit for the duration of the bit testing period. Please write TEST in the notes section of your order.
4. The tester has 14 days to test the bit, counting from the date of its receipt. If the tested bit turns out to be appropriate, the transaction is considered finalized. If the tester decides not to purchase the selected model, they are obliged to return the tested bit at their own expense no later than the 14th day from the date of its receipt to the following address: JN SHOP, ul. Jemiołowa 70, 05-830 Stara Wieś, and inform the store about the return decision by email to sklep@jnbt.pl. Please remember that the returned bit should be clean and sent back with all the labels it was delivered with (we accept loose labels – removed from the bit for the duration of testing).
5. After receiving the returned bit, a refund of the bit purchase price will be made within 5 business days, reduced by 10% in the case of bits with stainless steel mouthpieces or 15% in the case of bits with so-called sweet iron mouthpieces (Combo and Western models). The refund does not include shipping costs.
6. In the absence of any part of the bit, or failure to meet the deadline specified in point 4, the purchase transaction is considered completed with all its consequences, and the bit will be sent back at the buyer’s expense within 5 business days from the date of its receipt.
